    Abstract : This paper reports the diagnosis, clinicopathological and radiographic features, and management of mucinous cystadenoma of the right ovary in a 15-year-old female from Iran who presented with a painless abdominal distention. The patient underwent surgical resection of the ovarian cyst, as well as right ovariectomy with preservation of the right fallopian tube via laparotomy, with no recurrence after one year.
