    . Multiplex PCR was used and consisted of 5 PCR reactions of 3-4 SSRs. The combination of 3-4 SSRs in one multiplex PCR reaction was screened out according to the fragment length and their compatibility which must present typical profiles of SSRs after PCR. As a result, all cultivars studied were separated from each other with the 17 SSR markers. Misidentified cultivar 'Sauvignonasse (Fruilano)' was detected as 'Sauvignon blanc'.
