Animals & Veterinary Authors

This page introduces the authors who write for the Animals & Veterinary section of CAB Direct, which appears as Animals in the site navigation and is collected at /animals/. The section covers pet health, dairy and beef production, animal behaviour and entomology, together with related subjects such as sheep vaccination, antimicrobial use in livestock, heat stress, poultry systems, bees, wasps and mites, and insect decline. Articles in the section are general information and are not veterinary advice for an individual animal, flock or herd.

Author profiles on CAB Direct are editorial personas, and each one is described on its own profile page. The table and summaries below give every author's role, listed credentials, affiliation and areas of coverage. CABI launched CAB Direct in 2003 as its own platform for CAB Abstracts, as recorded on CABI's history page; this page concerns only the authors of the current Animals section, not that historical database. Imogen Farrant
